In October 2022 the spirits markets have calmed down. Big drops did not occur, whereas the returns were more positively skewed for all our 24 Spirits Invest indexes. The average return of all Spirits Invest indexes was 1.3%.
Last month the golden medal went to the Spirits Invest Macallan Edition No. 1-6 75cl Series Whisky Index with a return of 12.0% in GBP. The Spirits Invest George T Stagg Barrel Proof Bourbon Index was holding the silver medal on the stage with a return of 8.4% in GBP. On the other side of the spectrum, the Spirits Invest Macallan Folio Series Whisky Index closed the backdoor of all 24 competitors with a disappointing monthly return of -4.1% in GBP.
